Wessam Al Dawaa Medical Company announces a job vacancy for the position of Pharmacies Operations Manager to work in Riyadh city, to supervise the operation and management of the company's pharmacy branches. Tasks and Responsibilities: * Full supervision of pharmacy branches and follow-up of workflow. * Management of pharmacists and employees, and follow-up of attendance, departure, and job performance. * Follow-up of sales and achievement of sales targets. * Organizing work schedules, shifts, and leaves. * Follow-up of inventory, shortages, dead stock, and expirations. * Follow-up of branch maintenance, cleanliness, and operational readiness. * Solving operational problems and making decisions within approved authorities. * Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to senior management. Conditions and Requirements: * Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy. * At least 5 years of experience in the field of pharmacies. * Previous experience in managing or supervising multiple pharmacy branches. * Knowledge of pharmacy systems and regulations in Saudi Arabia. * Leadership personality, capable of bearing responsibility and managing a work team. * Ability to work in the field and move between branches.
