Conditions: * The ownership of the commercial registration will be transferred to another person for 6 months only. * The purpose of the transfer is to upgrade the registration's scope and classification to achieve the highest possible financing. Note that the other person will bear the full debt. * I will bear all operating costs, as the registration is active and has commercial shops. * After obtaining the financing, the profit share will be: 50% for me — 50% for the cooperating person.
