Chevrolet Caprice LTZ I have a Caprice 1985 that was stolen around the year 1428 AH, registered under my father's name. My father passed away 10 years ago, may God have mercy on him. There has been a police report for its theft since that time. Can I transfer its license plate to my name or to my car, as I am one of the heirs? The car has not been found yet. Its plate is TLR 016 and the theft report is still active. Is there a way or a solution to transfer it to my name? What are the steps? Thank you.
