Tasks and Responsibilities: 1. Full management of accounting and financial operations for two branches. 2. Overseeing the accounting cycle and preparing and reviewing entries and reconciliations. 3. Preparing financial statements and monthly and annual reports. 4. Preparing corporate and financial performance reports and analyzing performance indicators. 5. Calculating operational costs and analyzing profitability and break-even point. 6. Preparing budgets and analyzing financial variances. 7. Reviewing revenues and expenses and ensuring the soundness of financial operations. 8. Managing cash flows and monitoring obligations and dues. 9. Performing bank reconciliations and reviewing collection and payment operations. 10. Preparing reports comparing financial performance between branches. 11. Following up on tax and zakat obligations and electronic invoicing. 12. Developing internal control systems and improving accounting procedures. 13. Providing financial analysis and recommendations to management to improve efficiency and profitability. Qualifications and Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. * At least 5 years of practical experience. * Advanced proficiency in Daftra software – essential requirement. * Strong experience in financial auditing and cost accounting. * Ability to prepare corporate performance reports and financial analysis. * Proficiency in advanced Excel and preparing financial dashboards. * Familiarity with accounting and tax systems. * Ability to manage accounts for multiple branches. * High analytical skills, accuracy in work, and the ability to detect and address errors. * Ability to manage accounting work independently without continuous supervision.
