The Creality CFS (short for Creality Filament System) is an intelligent system for managing filament and automatically changing colors in Creality 3D printers. This system acts as a direct competitor to the popular AMS system from Bambu Lab, offering integrated solutions for multi-color and multi-material printing without the need for manual spool changes. 💡 Key Features of the CFS System: • Multi-color printing (up to 16 colors): A single unit can hold 4 spools (colors) of filament. In some compatible models, you can link up to 4 CFS units together to print with 16 different colors or materials in a single model. • Airtight box for moisture protection: The system is a sealed container with smart sensors to read temperature and humidity in real-time with a display screen, as well as dedicated spaces for desiccant to ensure the filament remains completely dry for optimal print quality. • Smart RFID recognition: When using Creality filaments with an RFID chip, the system automatically recognizes the filament's color, type (e.g., PLA, PETG), and remaining quantity, sending the data directly to the slicer software and printer to adjust settings. • Automatic Refill when spool runs out: If a filament spool runs out during printing, the system automatically switches to a replacement spool of the same color and type to ensure uninterrupted printing. • Protection sensors: It includes advanced sensors that detect filament tangling or breakage, and temporarily pause printing to prevent model failure.
