*Boarding and Breeding System* 1- There is no daily or weekly boarding. 2- Breeding is only for mares in boarding, for the sake of God. 3 - Monthly boarding is 1500 riyals, non-divisible, and boarding is paid in advance. 4- The amount paid is for boarding the mare, not for her vaccination or breeding. 5- Breeding is not done until the mare's health is confirmed (ultrasound) at the stable's expense *and if necessary (uterine swab)* at the mare owner's expense. 6- The month used is the Gregorian calendar month. 7- Breeding of mares is done according to the order of arrival and examination. 8- Each mare gets only two attempts during her heat cycle. 9- Ultrasound costs upon arrival at the stable. 10- Any other costs besides the arrival ultrasound to the vet are the responsibility of the mare's owner. 11- The boarding fee is non-refundable and cannot be refunded if the owner decides not to complete the period. 12- The tenant's acknowledgment of the terms and sending the mare constitutes agreement to all terms. *Bin Thabet Stable*
