Tasks: 1- Land reclamation starting from leveling, planning and installing irrigation networks, planning cultivation, adding services, then planting and monitoring crops. 2- Diagnosing diseases, monitoring the plant's health status, and developing a control and prevention program. 3- Studying the soil, knowing its type, determining its salinity, then developing an irrigation and fertilization program based on the soil's nature. 4- Supervising all technical operations related to the plant, such as pruning, adding services, spraying, and fertilizing. 5- Managing labor. 6- Composting when raw materials are available.
