Quality Control (QC): Monitoring door specifications (thickness, density, durability, frame and door dimensions) and reducing waste and loss during manufacturing. Machinery Management and Maintenance: Following up on the performance of machines and equipment (cutting saw, cladding machines, molds) and coordinating with the maintenance team to resolve technical issues immediately. Planning and Efficiency Improvement: Preparing daily and weekly production schedules, and working to increase production capacity to meet project demands. Required Qualifications and Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or Industrial/Manufacturing). Experience: Practical experience ranging from 3 to 8 years or more in the manufacturing of WPC products or interior doors.
