Kefir grains are active and multiplying with me, and I have placed the excess I have in a small container with a little milk and refrigerated it so it reaches you safely and for free. I seek reward and recompense from God, as someone who may be in need of it for any reason can use it and pray to God Almighty for me. You can search on search engines and YouTube for its benefits, how to use it, adding milk, fermentation, descriptions, and everything else. I have a small quantity.
