Details of required amounts: 1. Social Security dues after exemption: 4,621.24 SAR. Payment is deferred. 2. Suspension lifting and renewal fees: 687.68 SAR. A payment order will be issued and renewed. 3. Ownership transfer fees: 500 SAR. - The establishment is transferred for free, with no compensation. - I am not asking for any amount for the establishment. - The buyer will bear the debt and fees mentioned above. - The transfer will be carried out according to legal procedures after agreement and verification of transferability.
