I have two financings, one from Al-Inma and one from a company, and I have a visa, and I also have a real estate financing (off-plan, I cannot mortgage it). And I have currently reached the credit limit's maximum. But my record in SIMAH is good without default, and I am committed to repayment, praise be to God. But I am forced and truly, truly need to fix the situation because I am in a real disaster. Because most do not accept those who have real estate financing, or their system is to pay and get me out of the bank... but it is impossible for the bank to cover my obligations.
