Job Objective: To manage and provide the necessary labor and equipment for ongoing projects, and to monitor field performance to ensure work proceeds efficiently and according to schedule. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: * Providing Labor and Equipment: Securing and providing skilled labor and required equipment based on the needs and requirements of each project. * Field Monitoring: Direct supervision of workers at various project sites and monitoring their commitment. * Attendance Management: Regulating daily attendance records (Saraky) for labor and reconciling them. * Delivery Monitoring: Monitoring the quality of work execution and the timely delivery of tasks assigned to the labor. Qualifications and Requirements: * Previous work experience in contracting companies (preferably in supervision or movement and operations management). * Leadership personality and a high ability to deal with labor and resolve conflicts on-site. * Excellent organizational skills for accurately managing attendance and records. * Flexibility in moving between different project sites.
